Salted Corn Curau Recipe

3 ears of corn
1 cup of milk (240 milliliters)
1 tablespoon of butter
1 coffee spoon of salt
1 tablespoon of olive oil
2 finely sliced kale leaves
1 finely chopped garlic clove
How to Make Salted Corn Curau:
Separate all the ingredients of this savory corn curau recipe.
Remove the corn husk and thresh with the help of a knife. Finely chop the garlic. Thinly slice the cabbage.
Tip: if you prefer to use canned corn, in this case you will need 2 cans of corn.
In a blender, beat the corn, milk and salt until the corn is well crushed.
Pass the corn cream through a sieve and squeeze very well until all the liquid is removed. Transfer the liquid to a saucepan.

Quickly sauté the garlic in the oil in a pan, keeping an eye on it so that it does not burn.
Add the cabbage and add a pinch of salt. Sauté for 2 minutes or until the cabbage has wilted and set aside, as it will be served when the salted corn curd is ready.
Over medium heat, bring the cream of corn along with the butter to cook. The cream will thicken quickly.
Stir the cream with the help of a fouet and, as soon as the cream thickens, turn off the heat. Is ready!
